This amount of family capital is provided to families upon the birth or adoption of a third or subsequent child between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection clarified that family capital is granted based on the amount applicable on the date the third or subsequent child is born, or if adopted, on the date the adoption court order comes into effect. Accordingly, for children born or adopted in 2025, the benefit remains fixed at Br33,275.
